OK, so you know how in the DA contract for submitting work? Well, it says that you CAN take work off of DA. It's just that you have to send (thru certified mail or fax) DA something saying that you're taking work off of the site, if not than they can sue and/or expire your account on the site. So the reason I am ranting about this is because I heard the story about the girl who wanted to use a character she had posted on DA and she got sued - well what I think really happened was that she just took it off without telling DA or just emailing DA. I just wanted to clarify that for anyone that looked at the contract and didn't understand it and/or heard that story (because if you're like me then it scared the hell out of you, too.).
